Przekroczenie prędkości - co robić?

Mam prosbe o porade dla mojego znajomego.
Opis systuacji: przekroczenie predkosci na A50 - ograniczenie 70mph, predkosc 97mph. Zostal namierzony przez average speed camera. Zostal wyslany radiowoz ktory go zatrzymal. Poniewaz przekroczenie bylo zbyt duze wiec nie dostal mandatu tylko zapowiedz iz sprawa zostanie skierowana do sadu.
W radiowozie byl tylko jeden policjant. Kolega nie zostal wylegitymowany jak rowniez niczego nie podpisal.
W tej chwili dostal list ktory daje mu trzy mozliwosci:
Uznac wine i dobrowolnie poddac sie karze
Uznac wine i isc do sadu
Nie uznac winy i isc do sadu.
Co powinien zrobic w takiej sytuacji?
Ps1 jesli nie sprawia ci roznicy, to czy moglbys odpowiedziec po angielsku przynajmniej w tej "prawnej" czesci odpowiedzi? Wtedy po prostu podrzucilbym mu twoja odpowiedz a nie musialbym wyjasniac ustnie.

Ajajaj strasznie sorry. Rzeczywiscie powinienem na okres wakacyjny jakas 'zywa sekretarke' pozostawic. jeszcze mnie nie stac.
Wnioskuje po dacie, ze sprawa juz moze byc 'po musztardzie'.
What you could do is always claim a 'third party driver' and have that person conveniently 'disappar' or get lost with no known address for summons (but aftr he'she is contacted first by police to verify and SAYS 'YES I DID IT'). I don't dispute the speed measuring device unless I have specs (but it'd be rare for these things to malfunction and there's aprocedure to prove it - it used be the case few years back when they upgraded the techs for may items 'just installed' not to have proper BS cert's. Now they do. So technically the offense is there.
Beating the rap prsonally again requires a patsy, someone to take your place at the wheel, same person when contacted by police admit guilt saying 'Yes I was the driver' - mind one thing - your ins policy must allow such 'dummy' to have been driving the veh at the time and place (or you'll get the charge of 'no valid insurance or sth RTA sec 143).
Choice is - if you have a 'dummy' willing to take the rap but your ins precludes anyone but you it still begs the question - is it better to go down for speeding or no insurance (just check the Road Traffic Act 1988 foir penalties - what is it endorsement, disqualif - mandatory or discret) I'm a bit in rush now running off to a client but can check that and if it does help at all let you know later.

Or - it just crossed my mind - if you have the dummy willing to take aditional charge - you could claim 'unauthorised use of vehicle'
Say: A friend of yours (from Australia or from Never Never land), comes to visit, and totally oblivious to the insurane laws grabs your car keys from the table (while you're at work) and just goes to grab some groceries from Tesco .... speeds gets videotaped (depends on how clear's the picture of the driver)
then you don't get charged with sec 143 RTA and could avoid the speeding charge altogether but:
you'd have to think it over well - cause the magistrate judges will see you through easy and knowing you're lying through your teeth will look for holes in the sotry to nail you. If it all sticks together - you'll walk clean. But for this trick DO CONSULT A SOLICITOR OR A LAWYER FTRIEND you could easily get bamboozled in the procedure and CPS will do their best to get you. Careful and good luck
