Witam w skrócie opisze całą sytuację.
Mieszkanie w którym mieszkam jest wynajęte przez agencję ale właścicielka mieszkania nie płaci rat i od jakiegoś czasu przychodzą rożne pisma od prawników lub z sadu. Około rok temu sytuacja była podobna ale właścicielka chyba cos załatwiła bo na jakiś czas sie uspokoiło ale w Wigilie od mikołaja dostałem ponownie list od prawników i trochę mnie to zastanawia czy cos z tym można zrobić gdzie sie udać aby po pierwsze nie zostać wyrzuconym z domu (bo ja chce tu mieszkać mieszkam już chyba 3lata). Lub co zrobić aby dochodzić swoich praw, może ktoś spotkał się z podobna sprawa lub może cos podpowiedzieć bo chyba będę musiał działać żeby nie zostać zaskoczonym.

Lender or to the court should be accompanied by any evidence you have to prove the
exis ence of your tenancy .

if you are seeking the delay, otherwise you may run out of time.
