Oto czesc mojej umowy mowiaca o depozycie:
" The deposit of £550 has been paid by tenant to landlord and the deposit has been protected under Tenancy Deposit Solution Scheme as required by government regulation. It shall be retained by the landlord as security for the perfomance of the tenants obligations and shall be returned to the tenant only after the end of the tenancy and after deduction therefore of any sums required to compensate the landlord where the wholly or in part without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of eiter party.
The certificate of deposite ptotection under Tenancy Deposit Solution Scheme will be sent to the tenants by the government scheme and a £30.00 fee for this Deposite Scheme to paid by the tanants.
If you wish NOT to pay the £30.00 under this scheme, you can sign the waiver, and then landlord will hold the deposit independly. If you wish landlord hold your desite, please sign below
I declare I wish my landlord hold the deposite at £550 and NOT to Join the Scheme"

Ja to rozumiem ze landlord trzyma moj depozyt niezaleznie, nie przystepuje do zadnego dostepnego schematu...
Mam prawo od niego rzadac wczesniej depozyt? Tzn. w dniu wyprowadzki?
