Dalam swoje ogloszenie na gumtree i dostalam kilka ciekawych ofert, np pokoj za £400/month including all bills z en suit, dostalam nawet propozycje one bedroom flat w tej samej cenie. i tutaj pojawia sie moja watpliwosc, zeby zobaczyc pokoj/mieszkanie chca ode mnie £300 deposit jeszcze zanim przyjde ogladnac (mam sie skontaktowac z prawnikiem landlorda i zaplacic deposit) Z jednej strony mysle sobie ze tak niska cene da sie czesciowo wyjasnic faktem ze jestem full time student wiec jezeli bede mieszkac sama to moje dwelling bedzie excempt wiec odpada council tax, ale z drugiej strony to chyba too good to be true. Dostalam na maila zdjecia, wszsytko wyglada super, ale sie zastanawiam gdzie jest trick.

Yes, you can come anything to see that apartment but due to what as just happened to my lawyer concerning a potencial tenant asking him to stay the his apartment for 3month before paying for the apartment rent, My lawyer advise me to see a prove coming to show any tenant my apartment because there are many people trying to waist time on here.

I hope you understand the process, though i have seen sign of serious in you but i have to follow the procedure.

Concerning the price, £400 per month all bills inclusive

Mozna powiedziec, ze jest teraz niezly zalew ze strony tych oszustow. Zasada jest jedna, nie placic zadnych pieniedzy obcej osobie za nieistniejaca usluge. Mieszkanie/pokoj idzie sie obejrzec i dopiero potem podpisuje sie umowe i placi.

if i may ask you,do you have any trusted friends or relative that you
can send at list a month rent and deposit payment of the rent ,to his
or her name,through western union money transfer,so that i can be very
sure that you are really serious and capable of renting the flat,after
showing me the prove,i can then be 100% sure of you and i can orgnise
the viewing of the flat as soon as possible,then after the viewing you
like to live in the flat as it is in the picture ,then you can go and
collect the money back and pay me in cash and sign all the necesarry

You have nothing to worry about as i can even send you a scanned copy of my ID for verification by you so you would know who i am...
Why we stopped allowing viewers is because some people do come to the apartment and steal away flatmates properties in the apartment.

More so, i just wanna bring it to your notice that there a lot of people here in looking for vacant space but they are not finding it easy cos of the voluminous people looking for Flat/room. so they grab any vacancy they see...there are ways you can make a reservation for the vacant space if you want me to hold the flat down for you and if you also want me to erase the advert online meaning to make it unavailable for people.
So let me know your opinion asap.
