Jak napisać list do sklepu o zwrot pieniędzy za produkt?
bylam niedawno w sklepie i kupilam produkt, dostarczono mi go w ciagu tego samego tygodnia. Po otwarciu zauwazylam, ze jest zupelnie inny niz ten, ktory mi sie spodobal. Zadzwonilam tam kobieta niezbyt zadowolona, w koncu powiedziala mi ze musze to zrobic pisemnie tzn wyslac list z moim podpisem jako forma kontraktu musza miec to na pismie. Z tad moje pytanie.. jak napisac taki list. dziekuje z gory..

When I visited your shop on{data] the[ produkt] was described to me as follows [ describe]. It was on the basis of your description that I proceeded with the purchase. I have subsequently discovered that the [product] does not match that description and is[ napisz co nie tak z nim].
As your description was a key factor in my decision to buy the item, the sale was one 'by descriptiom', and as the item does not correspond with that description, you are in breach of contract.
I am therefore exercising my rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 to reject the [product] and expect you to reimburse me with a refund of the full purchase price of[£..] within 14 days.
If you fail to reimburse me I shall have no alternative but to issue a claim against you in the county court for recovery of the money without further recourse to you.
