Witam.Potrzebuję pomocy w zarejestrowaniu się do GP. W zeszłym tygodniu poroniłam,i mimo za pewnień ze strony szpitala, przychodnia odmawia mi rejestracji,ponieważ nie mam 2 potwierdzeń adresu, a jedno im nie wystarcza. Mam małe dziecko, ale nie pobieram żadnych benefitów, nie mam umowy najmu, itd. Jedynie posiadam wyciąg z kąta, czy to oznacza, że nie mogę korzystać z pomocy lekarza? Może są jakieś przychodnie dla bezdomnych? Nie wiem, co robić, błagam pomóżcie!!!

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP. For example, the practice may be full, or you may live too far away. If this is the case, simply choose another GP in your local area.

If you have difficulty registering with a GP, your local Primary Care Trust (PCT) will be able to help. You can get the telephone number of your local PCT from the phone book by looking under Health Services in the A-Z listing of local businesses and services.

Nie pamietam juz jakich dokumentow uzylem lat temu kilka, ale moj brat ostatnio przy rejestracji potrzebowal: potwierdzenie adresu, paszport, Insurance Number.
