What will the job entail?
Working in a dedicated team you will work on long term sales incentive programmes throughout Europe, specifically Germany and the Alps.
The role will involve the following:
-Managing and implementing channel marketing projects Registration drives to launch incentives/ projects via email and telephone
-Maintaining contact and building relationships with business partners overseas via telephone on a regular basis
-Building relationships and integration with client stakeholders at country and regional levels -Ensuring integration of local messaging into a central project
-Creating PowerPoint presentations, launch documents and communication plans
-Design and create launch emails using our internal packages
-Managing databases and updating excel spread sheets
-Creating ideas for new, innovative project developments
-Organise and action mail shots and registration packs to our registered project participants -Occasional opportunity to work abroad to support projects
-Liaising and negotiating with suppliers to source branded goods and other ad hoc requests -Proposal writing Telemarketing (minimal)
-Budget management – keeping track of costs
-Translation and validation of some marketing materials
-Analysis of projects with a view to improve and develop, collation of reports in-line with client demands providing full feedback – both qualitative and quantitative
Person Specification - the ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
-Marketing and analytical ability
-Customer service experience
-Experience of management of marketing projects from concept to execution IT industry -commercial understanding (advantageous)
-Experience of working in European markets (advantageous)
-A very strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
-An ability to manage time and workloads
-A desire to take ownership and responsibility of projects and to work on own initiative
-Self motivated with an ability to work within a wider team environment
-High level verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
-High level written communication skills with internal and external customers
-Excellent IT skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint (will be tested)
-Good proof reading skills Social Media experience (advantageous)
-Creating written electronic and hard copy communications
-Current driving licence and passport desirable due to travel and office location
-English – written and spoken to business level (will be tested)
-German – written and spoken to business level (will be tested)
This is a full-time, office based, 6 month temporary to permanent position reporting to the Team Leader & Europe Program Manager. Salary between L20,000 to L24,000pa depending on experience.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday and will be based at our offices in Frome. We have flexible working hours with start times half hourly from 0730hrs to 0930hrs and finish times half hourly from 1600hrs to 1800hrs. There is parking on site and kitchen facilities available.
