You have recently contacted the Council to advise you that you wish to take in a lodger at your property.
Thank you for making us aware of this situation.

The Council's tenancy terms and conditions state:
If you are a secure tenant, you have the right to take in a lodger as long as you give us details of any lodger’s name, date of birth, occupation and relationship to you. You must not overcrowd the property as this will break sections 324 to 328 and 330 to 331 of the Housing Act 1985
